Technical Support

What’s the role?

We’re looking to hire a Technical Support to join TSS HQ.

This role is a work-from-home position that is Part-time (4hours per day) with the view to go Full Time (8 hours per day).

TSS will provide all training however the applicant must be technically minded to support and implement the tasks required.

Duties include but aren’t limited to:

  • Technical support for all TSS systems
  • Building and setting up new accounts based on the proposed framework
  • Creating tracking numbers and applying relevant call flows behind them
  • Maintaining existing accounts
  • Troubleshooting system issues (e.g. helping clients on how to reset passwords)
  • Liaising with suppliers to resolve technical challenges
  • Updating client information / data entry
  • Flagging errors to TSS HQ
  • Attending daily/monthly virtual meetings over Zoom
  • Ensuring your reporting on output is submitted after every shift and is accurate
  • Day-to-day communication and support with our team

What are we looking for?

A vibrant, smiling, and self-motivated team player, who is solution-focused.

  • Have working experience in a technical support role or similar
  • Being technically minded is essential
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Competent communicator (Verbal & Written) and complete understanding of the English language is essential
  • Can follow/understand & digest directions
  • Computer literate (with Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Able to work autonomously but happy to collaborate in a team
  • Have a dedicated working from home set up (Laptop/PC, 2x Internet, Camera, Dedicated office space that is quiet)
  • Experience working with the Australian accent is highly advantageous but not essential
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Are very structured & well organised
  • Punctual & ultra-reliable

What’s on offer?

  • Secure Part Time employment (4 hours per day) with the view to going to Full-time hours within 6 months

  • All training will be provided on the job by our friendly management team
  • Monday-Friday (10am to 2pm Sydney time)
  • Starting wage for Part-Time is $400 AUD per month
