Servicing businesses nationally since 2006, the key to our success is using a combination of systems,  supporting in & outbound call recording, monitoring, appointment setting, prospecting, benchmarking, training delivery &  staff recruitment.

OUR GOALS

2006

Steve Curran starts and opens the doors to Total Selling Solutions.

2008

  • Refinement of training material with modulisation
  • Online Portal and website is created
  • Launch of bench marking program “Profit Pro”
  • Call monitoring commences

2012

  • Recruitment arm “Total Staff Solutions” is formed
  • 12 month cadetship training programs become available
  • Team expands with additional trainer and recruiter
  • Inbound call assessment and scoring program commences

2015

  • Team doubles to 12 staff
  • Advancements and re-build of call assessment and scoring platform (2 year build)

2017

  • Launch of new call assessment and scoring platform to all clients
  • Total call monitoring solution created
  • New website
  • Supply services to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)
  • Expansion into Victoria and Queensland

2020

  • National footprint established
  • Team grows to 22 employees
  • Revamp business model – branding, training & packages
  • Now offer services to ALL Industries  
  • Rebrand of new website
  • Launch of outbound call monitoring
  • Launch of online training videos
